As You Grow Your Business Grows

Last week I had the pleasure of addressing the participants of the Tishman Construction MWBE Basics Workshop Series. My thanks to Flora Ramos for inviting me to be a part of the program’s planning process and training program. I couldn’t have asked for a better class interaction. Although I challenged the participants with questions that were not perhaps a part of their everyday thought process; they willingly stepped up to the challenge; a necessary component to growing and succeeding (see testimonial below):

Hi Flora,

Thank you for your role in including Stephanie Burroughs in the MWBE Basics program.  What an outstanding experience!  You were correct — Stephanie’s message, delivery and impact was informational, inspirational…”all the ationals.”    While all of our sessions were valuable thus far, last week’s meeting was the best.   Stephanie challenged us to think within and beyond.   The energy of colleagues who attended was strong, new relationships were created and new commitment to build upon evolving relationships was resolved.

Congratulations on a successful meeting.  Thank you Stephanie for a job well done.
