SHCC-NJ Health & Wellness Fair

Practicing Balance

Practicing Balance

A healthy body begets a healthy mind begets and healthy and fulfilling life.  Business owners work hard and work many hours; often we sacrifice those things that help us build successful businesses – consistently sleeping 7-8 hours per night (not week), eating properly and exercising.  Show yourself love by attending this program.

I heard someone say today that life is hard; well it wasn’t meant to be easy.  The challenges, issues and situations are character and grit building.  Eating and practicing healthy habits daily takes knowledge, grit, mental fortitude and  mindfulness.  This health and wellness fair opens the opportunity for you to gain knowledge while sampling some healthy and tasty treats.
